What SMEs usually ask before building an internal tool with us.

Isn't this what Excel or Google Sheets is for?

Spreadsheets are great for early-stage exploration. But once multiple people are editing the same file, data gets corrupted, formulas break, and tribal knowledge builds up. A proper tool gives everyone a reliable, single source of truth.

Can it connect to tools we already use?

Yes. We integrate with Xero, Shopify, Stripe, Google Workspace, and most tools that have an API. If your current system can export data, we can usually work with it.

Do we need IT infrastructure to host it?

No. We handle all hosting setup — typically on AWS or Cloudflare. You get a login URL and your team is up and running. No servers to manage.

How do user permissions and access control work?

We build role-based access from day one. Admins see everything, managers see their team's data, staff see only what's relevant to them. All configurable.

Can we add more features after the first build?

Absolutely. Most clients start with the core workflow and add features in follow-on sprints. Because you own the code, there's no vendor lock-in — you can extend it whenever you need.
